I was fortunate to work with Just Meats; they gifted me a box of delicious meats. If you're anything like me, home cooked meals are difficult. I am always on the go but I feel tremendously guilty constantly feeding my family fast food. So these are a great way for me to get supper with real meat on the table. And all I really have to do is add side dishes.
These go from freezer to table in minutes. I cooked three and could feed me, my husband, and four teenagers with a little left over.
The meat is tender and delicious and cooks in no time. The Herb Roasted chicken and Texas Smoked brisket were my favorites. I do wish the brisket was cut thinner so I probably would prefer the shredded beef. They are not too seasoned, and you can always add your favorites to spice them up as well.
