April is National Stress Awareness Month. an annual campaign began back in 1992 that has taken place every April since. ;The campaign aims to not only increase public awareness of stress, but highlight the causes of stress, the negative effects stress can have, as well as how to relieve stress.
I KNOW I need some tips on how to manage stress. But let's be fair, there is no way you can elevate stress from your life. And if you have, PLEASE tell me how!!
I love that stress and emotions are now being addressed. When I was growing up no one talked about emotions.
That being said, I did some research and wanted to share a few tips:

Get some exercise: When you exercise early in the morning, it jump-starts your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours. so why not get some fresh air. And exercise add into your daily routine.
Organize your life: Organizing yourself provides a sense of control,
reduces stress, and is a great confidence booster.
Drink lots of water: Why should we drink more water? If you don’t
drink water, you will die. It’s that simple.
Get enough sleep: There is a strong link between
sleep and the immune system.
Talk to friends and family: you may be surprised how many people can relate to you. So don't be afraid to reach out.
Meditation: one of the most popular methods of achieving this quiet.
