I'm starting a 30-day fitness and nutrition challenge so I'm looking for people who want to get in the best shape of their lives.
I started my journey a month ago and I feel better than I've felt in a long time. I have energy, I don't constantly feel hungry, nor do I crave junk food!! NO I'm serious, I have learned not to live to eat. Don't' get me wrong I still splurge but I don't eat fast food every day anymore. I'm very conscious of what I put in my mouth now, no more mindless eating and it feels good. I feel good about myself for the decisions I am making. I want you to join me!!
