I usually have a clear cut idea whether I like a product or not but this one I'm on the fence. I have heard so many people say that these straightening brushes do not work that I had to see for myself. First lets start with the body of the brush. It's lightweight so it's very easy to use and run through my hair.
The control buttons are on the side so they are very easy to reach. They are very easy to use push buttons that control the temperature and turn the unit on/off. The brushes are ceramic but work through my very long hair with ease. It heats up pretty slowly so that is a small complaint.
The max temperature is only 230 but it seems to work just fine. It's much easier to get my entire head with a straightening brush vs a flat iron. After a few passes my hair was straight and I was very pleased. It's easy to contour my hair to my face. But after only a few minutes, my hair was waving up again. So the look only lasted a few minutes which really disappointed me. I'm not sure if it's my hair's texture that caused this reaction. Maybe this would work better with your hair. Maybe with a little more product in my hair I could get the style to last.
It really is identical to brushing my hair. I find if I brush underneath instead of on top it works better.
The design is great and it's built to last so it's a great quality product. So I would recommend that my family and friends (and you) try you may have a different hair texture that works better.
