My Thoughts About These Colored Extra Sharp Stainless Steel KnivesI tested these three soft grip knives by cutting some vegetables for dinner. Even with difficulties from injuries with my hands I found that the handles of each one was very comfortable to hold and grip. I was able to slice even the hardest veggies with ease and with very little pressure from me. With my garden always producing lots of vegetables that I like to put up these knives will be getting lots of use.
