October's Glossy box

I cancelled Ipsy a few months ago and I missed it but I wanted to try something new and exciting so I just joined Glossybox. Glossybox is very similar to other subscription beauty boxes that are delivered to you door every month. The only difference is it has different products than most boxes I has seen/tried.


I signed up for Glossbox late October and my box was shipped quiet quickly. I was not expecting to get the October box but I did and I'm very glad I did. The theme is Paris and the products are French in nature. So this is was exciting because I KNOW I have never used these products. Plus these are higher end products than other subscription boxes offer.

The box was decorated with a cute pic of the Eiffel Tower was wrapped in red and the prodcuts were wrapped like a gift. 

When I really started to dig I was so excited these where all new brands to me.

Phyto -- a repairing thermal protectant spray. -- This is an all in one product. It detangels, protects from heat and breakage, while preventing future damage. A few sprays is all it takes. I really like this product it's lightweight with a light pleasant smell. It's easy to spray and goes on evenly.

Maison Francis Kurkdjian -- contemporary fragrance with all natural Italian natives in this scent like Bergamot from Calabria, lemon from Sicily, and lily from the valley
Okay this perfume smells amazing! it's a fresh clean scent band takes very little to create a long lasting scent. Full size 2.4 oz sells for $185.00 ~~ I would never pay that much for a bottle of perfume so I'm very happy that I was able to experience this in my Glossy box

Nuxe -- Gentle exfolating gel with rose petals again another brand that was new to me. But can you say AMAZING. I fell in love with this exfolitor the minute I opened it. The smell is identical to roses and that is one of my favorite scents. It's not a strong scent so it's perfect for a face scrub. The beads are small and wsh off easily. The exfoliation is very gentle and makes my face feel amazing.

Lollipops Makeup Paris --  this is a red polish . Glossy box claims "red nails are all the rage this season. This shade will keep you trending from workout to night out." I think red is always a classy choice for a nail color so any shade of red is good for me.

De Bruyere Paris --    a red lipgloss " retreat to centuries past and allow yourself to be transported to the famed Moulin Rouge with this bright, Parisian- inspired lipgloss"  Not a huge fan of red but during the holidays it works great with some of my outfits. So I will get some use out of it.

As you can see none of these are small samples. They are going to be good for a lot of uses not just one or two.  I have never seen a foil sample in Glossy box. This is well worth $21.00 .
