Hydrofeet

If I stay on my feet too long they hurt. I noticed at the gym i was having problems staying on the treadmill or elliptical  without my feet hurting. So when I was asked to try HydroFeet gel inserts I was very excited. I have tried a gel insole or two and they helped but nothing drastic.

What are Hyrdofeet? Hydrofeet® are Insoles precisely filled with a vegetable-based, pharmaceutical-grade, FDA-approved glycerin. "Pharmaceutical grade" means allowable in food or cosmetics under FDA standards. This liquid glycerin is enclosed in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) that is known for its durability and strength And if you could wear it or eat it,  you know it's safe for your feet!

Hydrofeet® claims using their insoles Feels Like Walking On Water or going barefoot in soft plush grass, or walking on the beach. They adjust to your feet to provide better stability, less impact, and to put your feet back in a normal, healthy state. The insoles help prevent problems such as sore, tired feet; plantar fasciitis; bunions; Morton’s neuroma; Achilles’ tendonitis; knee, hip, and back pain; heel spur; heel pain; corns and calluses; peripheral neuropathy; and poor blood circulation.

When I first put Hydrofeet in my shoes they felt slightly strange but it was a good strange.  I could feel the gel moving in the insole so I was afraid to walk so hard I would bust it. I thought about not wearing it to the gym to protect it but decided to put it to the test.

Some days at the gym I have to get off of any machine that requires me to stand. My feet start to hurt and my toes feel numb so I get on the stationary bike to finish my cardio. But if I stay on the elliptical it will burn 10 x the calories so what would you rather do?

I wear an 8.5/ 9.00 and ordered the Medium Hydrofeet set it fit perfectly in my shoes and did not need to be cut. So make sure to pay attention to the sizing chart. They slide in the shoe and don't requiring being stuck but they don't move around.  They stay in place no matter how vigorously I move on the machines or weights.

So I wore them to the gym and I noticed that my feet did not get numb at all. They not hurting even at the end of my workout. I have worn my insoles for about a month, maybe more and they are still in good condition but I find the gel is wearing down. It's not flat but not as fluffy as it used to be.

If you want to grab a set of Hydrofeet you can get one here.
