    I use on of those things with a razor blade in it. I cut myself and was bleeding like crazy once.

    Um, a lot less than I should be! I use one of those cheap pumice (but not actual pumice) scrubbers in the shower and some foot lotion after. When I'm super diligent, the best I can achieve are very smooth calluses, so I get lazy when the pay off isn't worth all the work :/

    Right now I am not doing much for my feet. Other then a nice warm soak then scrubbing with a wash cloth.
