I have always liked bread boxes. I just really think they are a cute way to keep your bread out of site. I was so happy when I got to review The Fracois et Mimi Stainless Steel Bread Box. It's a really nice design with a silver back and stainless steel front.
We are a family of 7 so we buy a lot of bread. We were putting it in the cabinet but for some reason my children think it's okay to squish the bread

When I pulled it out and put my bread in it I was very shocked at how much bread it fits. It fits two whole loaves and hot dog or hamburger buns, maybe both.
I could not think of a better way to store my bread and keep it "safe" from my children's grubby little squishing hands. It's very pretty so I have no problem displaying it out in the open. It opens very wide so it's not hard to get the bread in or out without damaging it.
The door slides open very easily and I love the long handle because it makes it easy to grab.
