I am always fussing about my limp hair. It seems like most of the time I have no volume what so ever and I have to work very hard to get volume. So what if there was a machine that could make my hair have lots of volume with very little effort? Would you be interested? I know I would.
So I'm super excited to review the New Voloom for you! It's super easy to use and looks just like a flat iron but does need to be worked all the way through your hair. All you need to do is the top layer at the roots. Then put a small piece of hair in between the plates and clamp down. Sounds simple right? It really is very simple, easy, and fast to use.
As you can see you don't want to run it down your hair.
It also come with a brush and clips to help separate and hold back the hair you are not volumizing at the time.
So does it give volume? You bet it does!! I was surprised at how much volume I actually had from the Voloom. Don't freak out the first time you use it, It leaves little crimp marks but those go away after a few minutes (usually when your hair cools)
I do find my hair looks frizzy right after use but all I have do do is run some hair oil in it and it looks great. Once the crimps go away the frizz starts to fad as well.
It comes in a heat proof case which I love. I think any hot styling too should come with one. I always hate to put a hot curling wand or flat iron on the wood of my vanity. So I do "steal" the heat proof bag when I'm using those sometimes.
I have used Voloom on more than one occasion and have experienced results every time. I have even used it with no volumizing products in my hair. If you fight to get volume this is a product you would want to try out.
I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion but the opinion expressed is all mine. Regardless I only recommend products I feel are good for my readers.
Sounds like a great product - I don't have a volume problem with my hair but as mine is much like my Mum's & her's has got very thin as she's got older I imagine when I'm her age I might need something like this. Then again, when I'm 81 I might not care!
