I have three kids that need mats for "nap time" at school. They have used them since day care days so all of them have needed a mat at one time. I have had to replace them every year because the typical blue and red ones get torn easily. My children apparently nap with pencils because I have gotten them back full of holes and with writing all over them. One of them came back torn in half, I'm still not clear on how that happened.
When I got to work with Janiebee and review one of their Quilted Nap Mats I was so excited. The first thing I had to decide is who I was ordering the mat for. I chose my youngest because she naps this year and will nap next year so she will get a lot of use out of it. I let her look at the site and she immediately chose Baby Mine (Moi Bebe). There were so many I liked on the site it really didn't matter.
We looked at the site and it was apparent how pretty the mat would be when I got it. And since the mats are made out of batting instead of a thin strip of foam it is obvious they will be much more comfortable to lay on than those little mats. What I didn't realize is how nice it really would be.
The mat is 2 inches thick so it's super soft. The minky blanket is so SOFT I want to sleep with it and it's sewn on! The pillow is the same material as the blanket and that too is soft, cushiony, and sown on! It all fold and ties neatly inside the mat with a well fastened handle so the child can carry to and from school with ease. All I can think is my child will not be dragging her blanket or pillow on the ground anymore. She will also not come home say she misplaced her blanket or pillow.
The colors in Baby Mine are beautiful a lime green and pink mix of bright designs. All of which blend together in harmony to make a cute feminine sleeping space for my daughter. The fabric itself is extremely soft cotton. Everything about this mat is inviting and screams comfort. If I was a child I would be so proud to bring this to school and show it off to my friends. I think she agrees with me too!
I already know when it's not at school we will put it in our camper to use for nap time as well. It will create an extra place for someone to sleep when needed.
Now one of you can win a Baby Mine Quilted mat from Janiebee!! How amazing but I do have to go over the rules so here they are:
