I have grown accustomed to wearing a sleep mask at night because my drapes are not dark enough to drown out all of the morning sunshine. And when the sun would peek through, my eyes would pop open and refuse to shut again. But mask eventually get worn and dirty so they have to be washed and some don't hold up so well in the washing machine. So I was very happy to give the Elusive Dreams Sleep Mask a try.
Sadly I hardly ever have a completely quiet house, not even at bed time. One animal or another is always making some type of noise. It never fails they start as soon as my head hits the pillow and I'm dozing off. So I started wearing ear plugs to bed when they act up. I'm not sure what happened to my last pair of ear plugs but they are officially gone. Maybe one of the animals ate them so they could torture me at night, you never know. Lucky for me the Elusive Dreams Sleep Mask comes with a set of ear plugs.
Completely unique to any mask I have ever seen there are little spaces built in to HOLD the ear plugs. The little spaces are in the elastic and hold them tightly in place. So no more putting them in my night stand drawer and searching when I need them. No more putting them in a bag then remembering to tie the nag so they don't fall out.
The ear plugs are easy to insert and block out a lot of noise. I remember being very disappointed when I've used other earplugs because I still heard a LOT of the noise that I was trying to avoid.
The outside of the mask is made of a smooth satin and the inside is lined with a very soft silk material. is very comfortable plus the strap is adjustable elastic so it can be customized to fit your face. I can wear the mask all night with no irritation and it doesn't feel like it's squeezing my face. I have no evidence of wearing a sleep mask when I wake up. I have a few masks that leave marks an an indention in my face when I wake up in the morning.
There are adjustable straps so the mask will fit the way you want it too. I like mine a little loose so mine will slip up sometimes but really that's no big deal to me. I could make it tighter if I wanted but I've never felt the need to.
Now for the exciting part Elusive Dreams is giving one of you the chance to win your own Sleep Mask so that means I have to go over the rules
