Ozeri WeightMaster 400 lbs Digital Bath Scale

We have discussed how I have this loathing of using a scale. It took so long for me to lose weigh I was very disgusted and ready to give up. Everybody kept telling me "you're gaining muscle. That's why the scale is going up" So although  I hated stepping on my scale but it was a necessity(if not an obsession)  for me to measure my progress.

I would just keep track of my weightless in my mind but when I saw The Ozeri WeightMaster 400 Digital Bath Scale would keep a profile and measure you loss and gain plus BMI,  I was very excited to try it.  I was even more excited when the numbers started going down.

The appearance of the scale is super compact and sleek. The other scale we had was fairly bulky and the kids would "accidentally" trip over it.  I really think they were weighing themselves but you know how that goes.  It has a shiny, black, reflective surface which makes it very attractive to display in your home but very hard to take a picture of. So I used a few pictures from the company

The digital dial is fairly large and very easy to read. There is a blue back light that comes one when the scale is in use. It has a seven day memory and it calculates your current weight and the net weight change since your last weigh in.  Plus it calculates your net weight change from an average of your last 3 and 7 weigh-ins to help  provide a comprehensive understanding of your weight. All of this is done without the need for syncing or bluetooth equipment. 

I had a hard time setting up profiles but my husband made it look like a 2 year old could do it. I'm not kidding, it looked really easy. By pressing a few buttons we both had a profile in minutes. Then once your profile is set if your weight goes up there is  a red banner and if your weight goes down there is a green banner displayed. I of course only want to see green! It is only recommended to weigh yourself once a week but I catch myself on the scale multiple times a day.   I will have to control myself to get the most of this scale.
