This summer I was not bikini ready but this year I'm kickboxing myself to being bikini ready for next summer. With children, work, housework, and errands sometimes, who am I kidding a LOT of times I don't have the energy to exercise. It's even worse now that school has started and started getting up much earlier.
On days when I don't have enough energy I don't do my kickboxing which is a bad thing. Exercise in itself gives you energy and I feel terribly guilty the entire day.
